Every day, LaVita is a part of many people's everyday lives. We are aware of this responsibility and therefore ensure that we only use ingredients that meet our high quality standards – we source them as locally and regionally as possible.

The vegetables
The vegetables come from southern Germany and are organic. They contain a dozen well-matched and particularly nutritious varieties such as beetroot, carrots, peppers and fennel.
The fruit
Our local fruit comes from orchards, such as our old apple varieties. LaVita also contains sea buckthorn, rose hips and sloes. Exotic fruits provide the many enzymes. In total, we have selected over 20 varieties of fruit from controlled, GMO-free cultivation for LaVita.
The herbs
The hand-pressed herbal brew made from over 20 herbs is fermented in barrique barrels. In this way, the ingredients from milk thistle, nettle, ginger and artichoke, for example, are broken down and made available to the body.
The vegetable oils
The high-quality vegetable oils from pumpkin seeds, linseed, grape seeds and borage seeds are gently cold-pressed. This preserves all the valuable ingredients. The oils enable the body to better absorb the fat-soluble vitamins D, E and K. Aloe vera, green tea and mate extract round off the formula.

Over 70 natural ingredients are supplemented with valuable micronutrients (vitamins and trace elements) in scientific doses.
