Yes, LaVita is already recommended if you want to have children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. One portion of LaVita contains, among other things, 200 µg of folic acid. With two portions a day, LaVita fulfills both the official recommendations for pregnancy and those of orthomolecular medicine. It also contains other micronutrients such as iodine, iron and all the important vitamins and trace elements. Vitamin A is in the form of beta-carotene and is therefore ideal for pregnancy.
No. LaVita is an alcohol-free micronutrient concentrate, as confirmed by regular analyses as part of our quality assurance. It is therefore also suitable for children.

The only exception: If you are taking vitamin K antagonists (e.g. Marcumar), your coagulation levels should be monitored regularly, as LaVita contains vitamin K. If in doubt, feel free to call our qualified health advisors.
