Bioavailability study.

Bioavailability refers to how quickly and to what extent vitamins and trace elements are absorbed and are available at the site of action – in the cell. As part of this internationally published study, the blood values of 106 apparently healthy volunteers who had taken 2x 10 ml of LaVita daily were examined over a period of six months.
Specific vitamins and trace elements were measured in the blood to determine how much of the various ingredients was taken in. The study also examined whether the substances were absorbed into the cells and were thus able to actively intervene in metabolic processes. The study was published in the autumn of 2015 in the 'Neuroendocrinology letters' scientific journal.
